How We Are Responding to COVID-19
The safety of our customers, our florists, and our team members are our top priority. This is an unprecedented time, and we want to communicate with you how we are dealing with COVID-19. We have temporarily made some updates to our floral design and delivery process. For further details, please read on below.

Contactless Delivery
For the time being, our floral partners utilize contactless delivery to ensure their safety and the safety of your loved ones. This means that our florist will either call the recipient first and notify them of the upcoming delivery and arrange to leave the flowers at the door or they will knock on the door, move away and leave the flowers on the doorstep, maintaining social distancing rules as they communicate with the recipient.

Temporary Substitution Policy
Due to flower supply challenges, it may be necessary for our florists to substitute some of the flowers in your order using a mix of their freshest in-store blooms. We know that currently our florists are having difficulty sourcing roses and natives. As such, we have temporarily limited our range of native items and roses to accommodate for the shortages our florists are facing. However, all our floral partners will do their best to try and create something as close as possible to what you ordered..

Flexible Mother’s Day Weekend Delivery
Due to high holiday demand, for orders requested to be delivered on Mother’s Day, we will make every effort to deliver on that Sunday. However, to ensure delivery by Mother’s Day during this peak period, we may deliver your order between Friday and Sunday.

Don’t Waste Time On Hold
We are experiencing higher than normal call volume at this time and apologise for longer wait times. If you would like to place a flower order, please do asap.  We also have a chat feature on our website.

Order Changes Cutoff
We are happy to accommodate changes to your order. However, during peak holiday periods, you are required to submit any change requests within 24 hours of the delivery date. After this time, we cannot guarantee that your requested changes will be made, though we will always make best efforts to accommodate your request.
