STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES AND FEES
Deliveries are available in Australia only and are not possible on weekends or public holidays. We’re open Monday to Friday during business hours. Your gift will be left unattended if it’s safe to do so, unless you specify that a signature is required.
MELBOURNE METROPOLITAN AREA: $12.50
If you order the day of delivery before 12pm we will dispatch your gift and will be delivered the next business day. If you order the night before the delivery date, we’ll dispatch your gift the next day and will be delivered the following business day. We cannot guarantee a delivery day and time, however we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Melbourne Country may take longer – app. 2 -5 business days.
NEW SOUTH WALES & SOUTH AUSTRALIA $16.50
Sydney & Adelaide Metro Area.
Overnight delivery if order is placed before 10am. Country & outer areas may take longer – app. 2-5 business days.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Twisted Ribbon are not liable and/or responsible for any delays and/or lost and/or stolen orders in transit.
By ordering a gift, you acknowledge our authority-to-leave, unless otherwise advised. If a parcel is deemed unsafe to leave by the courier, a card will be left to reorganize a suitable time frame.
If a gift is not able to be found on the premises, and Twisted Ribbon can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement, as the gift has been delivered.
Please note that a re-delivery fee will need to be charged if an incorrect address is given. Please ensure the delivery address you provide is correct, before placing your order. Parcels that are successfully delivered, when an incorrect address is provided, are not eligible for refunds.
If delivering to a hospital, please ensure the patient will still be there within the delivery time-frame above.
It is your responsibility to inform Twisted Ribbon if an order has not arrived. We will then trace and locate the order.
Any delivery time frames are an estimate only and you acknowledge and agree that delivery within the estimated time-frame is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
