RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
If you have placed your order online and decide that you do not wish to proceed with the delivery of your gift, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll refund you fully within 5 business days.
If your order has been made by our production team but not shipped, you must contact us within 24 hours and you’ll be fully refunded.
If your order has already left our premises and is on-board for delivery, we will NOT be able to cancel your gift delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy:
In the case of ‘Same day’ deliveries, if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, the Gift hamper will be then be returned to the depot and attempt delivery the next business day. A redelivery fee will apply.
Twisted Ribbon guarantee our products are of the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a gift that has been damaged, faulty or the item is incorrect please contact our customer service team within 48 hours on 03 93310346 and we will arrange for replacement goods to be sent out immediately.
Shipping Damage Refund Policy:
Twisted Ribbon take the utmost care to ensure your package is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered.
In the rare situation a gift basket has been damaged in transit, Twisted Ribbon will gladly replace the product in a prompt manner at no extra cost to the purchaser.
If Twisted Ribbon deems the product to be damaged, faulty or is incorrect we will cover the cost of pick up. We will email you a returns consignment label for you to attach to the box and then organize a pick up time.
Returns & Exchange Procedure:
In the circumstance that you need to return or exchange an item please email [email protected] or call 03 93310346 to discuss the issue and to help you with the process.
Returns and refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of goods at our warehouse. Payment will be credited back to your PayPal account used to purchase the order.
If the reason for returning the gift hamper is due to change of mind, the product is no longer relevant or there is insufficient evidence suggesting Twisted Ribbon is at fault, the customer is responsible for organising delivery back to our warehouse and all costs involved.

Twisted Ribbon does not store your private or personal information once orders are placed. When ordering online with Paypal, we don’t see or have access to any credit card details or account numbers. For any phone orders or email orders, credit card or account details are destroyed once payment has been approved. These procedures are in adherence to the Privacy Act Laws.
